The Plastic Card Factory is a division of Company Cards Limited. We have been making plastic ID cards (lots of them!) since 1996.
We have worked with many of the UK’s top names (including leading premiership football clubs and popular supermarkets).
We make high quality, professional plastic cards and customer service is our number one priority. What sets us apart from the rest is that we have no minimum order quantity.
We make ID cards for everyone from individuals looking for a one-off card through to large organisations. Everyone gets the same great service!

We currently have 45 staff who all work at our factory and office in St Helens, Merseyside.
The Plastic Card Factory was originally set-up to provide a one-stop shop for ID cards and accessories. We were one of the very first websites to offer an online id card design tool. This tool - while revamped over time - still provides the same simple functionality that enables you to design and order your ID cards easily online.
Whether you want to design a simple id card online, or upload your own finished design - both are possible.
You can add slots or holes and we can print on both sides of the card for no extra charge. We wanted to give you a wide range of design options, while keeping everything as simple as possible.
Our company is IS027001 certified and we treat data security extremely seriously. As the product often contains personal data we send all deliveries by secure courier.
